Welcome! We offer a variety of classes in Aerial Fitness, Dance, and Flexibility. Make friends, build strength, and confidence while having fun. Single passes available, save money with our monthly Membership options or prepaid bundle packs.

 

Open 7 days a week, featuring a free massage chair for all students. 

Come check out our gym! Available to VIP Members from 5am to Midnight every day of the week. Free with an Unlimited Membership. Call to schedule a viewing. We also have a variety of phone stands available for use to record your progress in class and for open gym.

Please Note: You can reserve up to 3 hours before class online, we do require a reservation to attend. Members are welcome to drop into classes after reservations have closed, as long as it hasn't been cancelled. If you would like to join a class last minute, call or text 801-368-8758 and we will be happy to try and accommodate you.

Unlimited, 8, and 4 classes a month memberships are auto renew, you can cancel anytime. No sign up fees, annual fees or cancellation charge. All members receive an email 2 days before renewal. If you wish to purchase one month then please text or email to cancel as soon as you sign up. You will be charged each month for your membership until you cancel. Memberships start the day students sign up and will renew on that day of every month. Call or text 801-368-8758 with any questions.
