Please Note: You can reserve up to 3 hours before class online, we do require a reservation to attend. Members are welcome to drop into classes after reservations have closed, as long as it hasn't been cancelled. If you would like to join a class last minute, call or text 801-368-8758 and we will be happy to try and accommodate you.

Unlimited, 8, and 4 classes a month memberships are auto renew, you can cancel anytime. No sign up fees, annual fees, or cancellation charge. All members recieve an email 2 days before renewal. Please reach out by email or phone to cancel before your renewal. You will be charged each month for your membership until you cancel.
