We offer a variety of classes in aerial fitness, dance, and flexibility, with options to fit your lifestyle. Choose from single passes, prepaid packs, or monthly memberships designed to give you the most value.
Our studio is open 7 days a week and includes complimentary access to recovery amenities like a massage chair and vibration plate. VIP Members enjoy 24/7 access, giving you the freedom to train on your schedule.
All classes are guided by experienced instructors who prioritize safety and meet you at your level, so you can feel supported every step of the way.
Reservations are required to attend classes and can be made up to 3 hours in advance. If you're hoping to join last-minute, just call or text us, we’ll always do our best to fit you in.
Looking for something more personal? We also offer private lessons and couples sessions tailored to your goals.

All prices do not include Utah Sales Tax. Memberships are recurring and can be cancelled at any time, but non-refundable once charged. Passes and memberships expire 30 days from purchase unless specified.
There is a $10 no show fee. Please make sure to cancel up to 3 hours before start time on the app or website to avoid a no show charge.
